The Major of Animal Food Resource Science (former Major of Livestock and Food BioScience) is an applied science area based on Animal Bioscience and Animal Resources. It combines animal food resources with cutting-edge bio technology. Students of this major study and research production, processing, distribution and management of food animals (livestock).
The Major of Food and Nutrition covers people’s overall dietary lifestyles. The applied science field aims to enhance professional knowledge required in the curriculum and to enhance quality of life through improved health and nutritional status.
