Plan and Coordination

The Planning and Coordination Office presents the vision for the development of the university through establishment of mid- to long-term development plans, development and adjustment of policies, and development of various administration policies, The Office is striving for fast support and improvement of transparency of the allocation, efficient management, and spending of the budget needed to operate the school finance for the year.
Also, we are expediting the formation of the best education and research foundations through the approach of proper budget acquisition, including the task of purchase requests, to purchase all of the experiment and practice equipment, office supplies, and the furniture in the university.
We are preparing and supporting various external university evaluations as the influence of the university evaluations on the society is increased. Through self-evaluation we intend to precisely understand the current status and the problems of our university, and to derive the enhancement plan and development strategy. Thus, we are meeting the expectations of the university members for the improvement of the social image of Konkuk University and the growth of the university.
We will be the basis of the advancement of the university through continuous improvement of the job expertise and the development of the members’ abilities.
