Major in International Area and Culture

College of International Business

This aims to nurture experts in France and Russia-CIS areas and international cultural industry with a global mind. During the first two years, students learn foreign language and a more comprehensive knowledge of international trade, the global economy, international areas and culture. During the last two years, they receive a more advanced education on language and study about NGOs, international relations, politics, society, history and culture of their specialized area. We aim to nurture experts in international areas who are equipped with the work capabilities required in a multi-polarized era through more work-oriented education programs including exchange student programs, language courses and overseas internships to France, Canada, Russia and Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan (CIS area). We also aim to produce experts in the global cultural industry who are well equipped with industry-related trade and business capabilities in international conventions, global branding, design K-pop, movies, animation, performing and exhibition arts, as based on high language proficiency.
